About this site

Bilingual Tots shares educational guidance for parents and caregivers. It supports family language opportunities; it does not guarantee a child’s fluency or replace individualized professional advice.

Accounts and use

The account experience is intended for adults. Keep account access private and use the resources for personal, non-commercial use within your household. Your purchase grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view the lessons and download the included resources for that use. Do not share account access, redistribute, resell, publicly post, or otherwise exploit the materials commercially without written permission. This license does not reduce rights already granted to existing buyers or rights protected by law.

Purchases and course access

The course is a one-time USD $47 purchase, not a subscription. Course access from a completed purchase on this site has no fixed expiration; it may be removed after an approved refund or chargeback. Purchases made through Hotmart follow the access terms shown with your Hotmart purchase.

Paddle purchases and billing

Paddle is our authorized reseller and the merchant of record for purchases made through Paddle checkout. The Paddle entity identified at checkout is the seller for the payment transaction and handles payment collection, applicable sales taxes, receipts and approved refunds. Michell Steinhoff Perez operates Bilingual Tots and provides course content, account access and learning support. Paddle’s Buyer Terms apply to the transaction; these terms govern use of our website and course materials. Existing Hotmart orders remain subject to the terms of the original Hotmart purchase.

Delivery and technical requirements

Access is provided online to the account used at checkout after server verification of payment. Use a current web browser and an internet connection. Downloads require a PNG image viewer or PDF reader. If payment is recorded but access is missing, contact support before paying again. No physical product is shipped.

Native refund requests

For purchases on this site, request a refund within 15 days of purchase by emailing 2lingualtots@gmail.com with your purchase email and Paddle transaction number. This period does not limit applicable statutory rights or remedies. Paddle processes approved refunds; access is removed after an approved refund or chargeback. Full refund request process.

Interface previews

Preview course screens demonstrate the proposed interface. They are not the complete paid course. Preview notes and draft changes can be stored in this browser; do not enter sensitive information.

Content and rights

Course materials belong to their respective rights holders. Downloading or viewing a preview does not grant redistribution or resale rights. We may maintain or update the service and correct errors. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or a particular learning outcome. If a material access problem occurs, contact support so we can seek a remedy, including any remedy required by law. Access restrictions for misuse must be proportionate and do not remove applicable consumer rights.

Account suspension and closure

We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to address account misuse, unauthorized sharing, fraud, unlawful activity, or a material breach of these terms. Where appropriate and lawful, we will explain the reason and provide an opportunity to resolve it; urgent protective action may occur first. Contact support to contest a restriction or request account closure. Any action remains subject to mandatory consumer rights, applicable refund rights and the purchase terms. Closing your account does not automatically refund a purchase or erase records we must lawfully retain.

Responsibility and disputes

Each party remains responsible for losses caused by its breach of these terms, subject to applicable law. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, or limits mandatory consumer remedies. Colombian law governs your use of Bilingual Tots, without depriving you of mandatory protections or courts available in your country of residence. Contact our support email first to seek an informal resolution. You may still contact an applicable consumer authority or bring a claim before a competent court. No mandatory arbitration or waiver of statutory rights is imposed.

Changes to these terms

Changes apply prospectively. We will announce material changes on this site and, when appropriate, by account email. Changes will not retroactively reduce purchased access rights or override mandatory law.
